How to submit a passport application online?
The process of filing for a passport online through the website 'www.imigrasi
go.id' are as follows:
a. Before started, you have to scan the documents in accordance with the
requirements specified in the image format (*. jpeg, *. gif, *. bmp and the
file size no more than 2MB)
b. Access to Indonesia Immigration website 'www.imigrasi.go.id' and select
the menu 'ONLINE SERVICE PASSPORT' on the website. (TCP Port 8080 must
enabled on your PC in order to access the Online Page)
c. There are 2 menu included. 'PRA PERMOHONAN' to perform online passport
application and 'STATUS PERMOHONAN' to re-check / trace the status of
the application.
d. Select 'PRA PERMOHONAN' for new application, fill in the form provided,
and please take note that there is selection 'KOLOM KANIM' which is the
destination for the passport collection: choice > Kanim South Jakarta, the
passport is aimed at the South Jakarta Immigration Office > continue the
process
f. Continue the process by fill up all the necessary information and upload
the documents (scanned earlier) as requested to complete the application.
Save the registration number as proof of on-line application for future
reference.

The
completion time for passport application is no later than 4 (four) days
after the interview process.
Can I submit my passport application in any of immigration office regardless
of my domicile?
Indonesia Passport can be issued by the Head of Immigration
Office in accordance with the particulars provided by the applicant without
considering evidence of domicile of the applicant listed on the identity
card (KTP).
